First Camp for Methodist Church Junior Youth

11-12 June 2009



first camp methodist youth had organized... held in Beta Apartment... And our title is 'Walk Out a Different ME(after translate)'... it was a successful camp as everything had go on as what committee members had expected... well... photo will be post later... we had 18 campers and 6 committee members... our camp leader is Mr. Eric Chieng... he had controlled the camp well as every campers are in healthy mode... we also want to that this chance to thanks all the committee members(spend their time together to plan for this camp), Pastor Sia(as our camp title speaker), Uncle Li Kang(as our camp sub-title speaker),Teacher Lea Fei(help the camp very much), Mdm Tiong(Provide us with delicious food), and Mdm Hii(judge for drama competition)... our activities included worship, main title sharing, sub-title sharing, drama competition, talent competition, devotion, movie night, games, and... i think thats all... this camp had been Blessed by God and without Him we can't manage this camp well... we hope the next time we're organizing such camp will be better... till then... we take off from labuan with speed boat to menumbok then we followed an uncle's car... we are totally exhausted as the day before it we had practice for a long time... but when we nearly reach kota kinabalu, our 'jokes teller', benjamin, start to say many weird things which makes all of us laugh... he was really really funny...we reach kk around 12 and back to 'shern ern methodist church' around 4... we prepared ourself and wear on our new t-shirt(body gloves brand)... i believe that every one of us are very nervous where all of us are very quiet when waiting for car(especially Jasmine)... Jeffrey was so calm that he looks not at all worry about our performance... but thank God that we calm down when the musical night started... we have a nice performance and we are really satisfied with our performance although the judge had judged us badly... we(especially de siang) are really shocked to find out take we got second runner-up... we were very happy and we got trophy which looks great... we watch 'terminator salvation' that night... this movie was so 'fantastics and loud' that i wonder how alison with fall asleep... haha... we are back o shern ern methodist church around 1:30 a.m. and... we have ur 'meeting' until 2:30 a.m.... it's quiet fun and that time we are really 'high' and excited...

we move to marina court... went to centerpoint and warisan square... play uno and games where our jokes teller makes all of us very 'high'... oh ya... our coming soon camp's name tag had done and... they looks great... that night we when to watch 'night at the museum 2'... brenda and Alison was so 'high' that they can laugh from the begining of the movie until the end and that was still not enough that they laugh until we reached marina court... is it very funny???

Brenda and De Siang when out early in the morning to design camp t-shirt... it's very weird cause everyone was not really on their mood where i think it is because we are going to end our days together where we are really happy when we are together... we when to bus stop to wait for the bus that will bring us to menumbok...
